To begin let’s establish if I am available on your special Wedding date?
If so… do we choose to collaborate together?
From here it’s time to catch up for an initial meeting and establish this. There is no charge and of course obligation-free. I am located in Takapuna, Northshore of Auckland. However, if you’re out of Auckland or overseas, online is fantastic!
At this first meeting, we will discuss …
Your ideas about your wedding and share what I can offer you. This meeting is simply to establish if we choose to collaborate and manifest the best day of your life.
Should we decide to proceed, as your celebrant you may book me straight away with a non-refundable deposit of $500 $NZ this secures your date with me. (Please be mindful that only a formal booking with a paid deposit secures your date. Final balance is due before rehearsal. I do receive enquiries daily, and for some dates can get booked up to three years ahead)
From here you will receive an extensive resource pack which, guides you through the process. Everything from how to apply for the paperwork, the legal forms, and costs, right thru to samples of vows, modern poems, and ceremony structures and more.
Together, we then begin to weave the ceremony you have always envisaged! No two ceremonies are ever the same, just as each couple is unique, and so is their love story, their ceremony should reflect that.
This is highly recommended and optional. Ideally as close to the ceremony date and time as possible with all the key people involved. This is an opportunity to iron out any issues that could arise on your big day and resolve these. It also allays any worries or anxieties and allows all of the wedding crew to feel relaxed and confident ensuring your wedding day runs with ease and grace.
Our preparation together safeguards your day so it is absolutely stunning, runs smoothly is heartfelt, deeply meaningful and memorable for all the best reasons.
In Auckland, celebrants can charge anywhere between $350 – $2k. It’s difficult for me to put a fixed price at this stage without knowing the full details of your requirements for your special day. My cost reflects the time, effort and quality of the service I provide. The absolute minimum cost is $950 including a non-refundable deposit of $500. There may also be some additional costs like ferries, travel, and accommodation to your special location particularly if it is out of Auckland. Of course, I will travel to your weddings destination anywhere in New Zealand and the Pacific.
